Return Policy 

At Papeterie.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here’s our return policy:

1. Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• In case the wrong or damaged item is received feel free to reach out to us for a refund or an exchange within 3 days
• Eid and Ramadan collections are non-refundable and exchangeable unless a faulty or wrong product is sent.

2. Return Period:

• You have 3 days including the date of delivery to initiate a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact us through WhatsApp 03282001593 or email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

4. Refund Process:

• Our representative will call you within 24-48 hours on working days and inform the pick-up day of your order and meanwhile process your refund or an exchange.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be transferred to your bank account in 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding official holidays)

5. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us via WhatsApp at 03282001593 or email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made items, Eid and Ramadan collections cannot be returned.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
